The most important qualities to be a part of the Hope House team are the heart and calling to work with our special children. Our direct care staff members receive extensive training, solid support and meaningful benefits to assist them in taking the best care possible of our residents. Previous experience in the field is always useful, but not required.
Applicants should be 21 years of age or older, with at least a high school diploma (or equivalent). Background checks and drug screening will be conducted pre-hire. If you want to be a part of Hope House, either as a two-year “Peace Corps-style” experience or as a long term career, please download the employment appplication form below.
