The most important qualities to be a part of the Hope House team are the heart and calling to work with our special children. Our direct care staff members receive competitive pay, extensive training, solid support and meaningful benefits to assist them in taking the best care possible of our residents. Previous experience in the field is always useful, but not required.
Applicants should be 21 years of age or older, with at least a high school diploma (or equivalent). Background checks and drug screening will be conducted pre-hire. DIRECT CARE – Special Needs (Liberty Hill)
Shifts available:
- 2p-10p – $15/hr
- 10p-6a – $16/hr
- Weekend- $17/hr
+ Generous benefits.

Location: Hope House is based in Liberty Hill, Texas. Just North of Austin
